Length and angle measurementsis a wide spectrum of activities performed by our metrology laboratory, which includes:
- length measurements;
- measurements of shaft diameters and deviations of roundness and cylindricity;
- measurements of hole diameters as well as roundness and cylindricity deviations;
- measurements of the radii of circular arcs;
- measurements of wedge angles and cones;
- control of selected position and runout deviations;
- measurement of independent and dependent position deviations;
- checking angular dimensions.
A professional report is prepared on the basis of each measurements. We carry out measurements of geometric sizes in accordance with the highest quality standards and using modern, professional equipment.
Accurate length and angle measurements - hardware
In our facility, measurements of the length and angle of the workpiece are carried out using a manual measuring tool and a Mitutoyo coordinate machine.
The CMM has the following advantages:
- high stability and accuracy,
- temperature compensation (16 ° C - 26 ° C) - allows you to make accurate measurements,
- compatibility with optical and contact scanning sensors - extends the scope of solving various problems,
- optional retrofitting with a laser scanner, video sensor and roughness sensor.
It is used for a comprehensive assessment of the shape or determination of linear-angular dimensions, thanks to which we can carry out a variety of coordinate measurements on request. Technical parameters and features of the device:
